AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.


Goal of the position:

To support various members of the Executive Team and help to ensure smooth running of the London Office


Main Activities:


  • Diary management across different time zones.
  • Travel management.
  • Expenses management.
  • Support for events and meetings: catering, booking and setting up rooms.
  • Administration support for different departments such as Tailoring, Retail Operations or Visual Merchandising.
  • Arrange ad hoc travel requests for guests and Retail.
  • Sometimes liaise between Executive and internal colleagues, wider project teams, clients and external contacts.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience as PA.
  • Fluency in English is essential, Spanish is a plus (not required).
  • IT literate: Microsoft Office knowledge, Google Suit, Google Calendar.
  • Experience with Expenses system.
  • Experience with Travel system.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and good administration skills.
  • Degree level desirable.
  • Team player with "cando" and flexible attitude.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Polite and professional presentation.
