Wealth Delivery Analyst - Analytics and Reporting (UK&I Hybrid or Remote)

What can you expect?


We require the Wealth Delivery Analyst to be responsible for the completion of complex data analysis, to summarise and communicate key trends and potential issues utilizing knowledge of pensions and data handling to support business improvement and business strategy projects.


Our Wealth Delivery Analysts are central to creating solutions and delivering projects that support our colleagues to deliver services to clients more effectively.

You will join our diverse team and take responsibility for this exciting and fast paced area of the Wealth Delivery team.

As a Wealth Delivery Analyst you could be involved with:
Supporting both business and financial management activities as required by providing project management capabilities.

  • Gaining and maintaining good knowledge and clear understanding of systems utilised by colleagues including a clear view of the full capabilities of these systems and equally importantly how they are used as well as any manual workarounds that exist.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for business sponsors who are considering a change of business process, products or services.
  • Investigating, analysing, visualising and articulating opportunities for service and business improvement, recognising the potential for automation of processes, determining costs and benefits of new approaches and supporting its implementation.
  • Facilitating the implementation of improvements of the administrative pieces of the metrics, analytics and reporting group activities based on knowledge of client needs and industry and regulatory requirements.

What you need to have:


  • Excellent communication skills, combined with an understanding of our current processes.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced, evolving environment and use a flexible approach to enable rapid delivery.
  • Computer literacy, in particular strong proficiency with MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Numerate and well organised.
  • A diligent and conscientious approach to carrying out work is essential.

  • Experience of helping colleague to identify new ways of tackling business processes or overcome process inefficiencies.
  • An understanding of digital technology and the opportunities it brings to business transformation.
  • Experience of working with a recognised project management methodology.
  • An ability to understand different working styles, approaches and audiences. In response adapting correspondence, conversations and tactics accordingly.
  • Knowledge of BI systems (ie. PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau)
  • Able to quickly gain credibility with senior staff and the trust of all staff.
