Description

The post holder will be responsible:

  • To work within the Children and Young People in Care Team providing comprehensive, efficient, and confidential administrative support to members of the team in accordance with departmental, trust and national standards, policies and procedures.
  • To process health assessment requests, populate IT systems/databases and respond to queries within a timely manner.
  • The post holder will be expected to use own initiative and able to work unsupervised, plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation.
  • To ensure all administrative duties are carried out in line with the local policies andStandard Operating Procedures.
  • To provide comprehensive administrative support including: word processing, dictation, formatting documents, data research, data input, filing, scanning, typing, photocopying, booking rooms, ordering stationary, saving documents as instructed, and ensuring any follow up actions are taken as directed by the Business Support Manager or Nursing Team.
  • To ensure requests for Statutory Health Assessments are triaged, processed, booked, undertaken and quality assured as per local guidance within the timeframe stipulated.
