Are you a highly skilled structured finance and securitisation lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience? The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to UK and European commercial real estate finance transactions, demonstrating proficiency in drafting complex loan agreements and navigating intercreditor agreements.

Candidates with a solid understanding of loan-on-asset and loan-on-loan financings, and advantageous experience in diligencing assets and documenting asset sales onto repo lines, are highly valued.
