HolidayThe College will normally close between 25th December and the 1st January each year. If the College does close, employees are not normally required to use any of their holiday entitlement to cover this closure period.

The role
As
Marketing and Communications Manager, you will work in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Communications to provide support to the Education function and Input into the development of the College's marketing strategy and leadon the implementation of the Education related aspects of the agreed marketing strategy.
You will lead on key relevant work streams with a steer from the director of the Head of Marketing and Communications and Line manage the Marketing and Communications Coordinator and with their support plan and execute marketing activities to promote andencourage engagement with members and potential members and raise awareness of the profession with the public.
The key areas that you will be working within are:
- Managing all marketing and communications activities relating to the agreed education work streams.
- Under the direction of the Head of Marketing and Communications, developing and managing the implementation of a communications strategy for the new Education Training Requirements. Managing and planning communications activities to target students andtrainees across each education stage and route
- Planning and delivering communications activities to promote College CPD, webinars and events
- Line managing the Marketing and Communications Coordinator including goal setting, motivation, recruitment, induction, training and development of the team member in line with College policies.
Your experience will include:
- Social media and website experience
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Experience of monitoring and analysing marketing activities
- Experience of using databases, webbased tools and website content management systems
- Experience of coaching or managing team members
- Ability to think creatively and critically analyse own work
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
