A Vehicle Integration Lead is required to join a small but complete vehicle manufacturer, you will work within a vehicle concepts group and be part of a team who are responsible for the development of new vehicle concepts and engineering and early phasedefinition of the next generation electric vehicles.

AsVehicle Integration Lead - you will be required to
- Lead the engineering vehicle integration activities during concept and development stage of vehicle programme
- Prepare/manage technical proposals, overlays, comparison sections, data sheets, and presentations for Engineering / Design reviews at various seniority levels
- Review compatibility of engineering inputs to ensure delivery of robust technical solutions
- Manage PMXU generation for Cost / Weight reviews.
- Management of hardpoint generation process within the engineering team
As Vehicle Integration Lead - you will have
- Degree qualified or equivalent with demonstrable depth of knowledge in a relevant technical speciality or an acknowledged industry expert in one or more areas
- Proven expertise in one or more of Auto Engineering disciplines (Cockpit (IP), Console, HVAC, Interior Trim, Seats & Restraints etc.)
- Ability to use Catia to investigate designs and provide solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of NPI Product development process
- Understanding of vehicle architecture
- Understanding of vehicle mechanical systems
- Capability of defining, developing and managing a project autonomously
- Ability to manage complex projects and provide leadership to a project team of significant size
