Vibe Recruit are looking for
Machine Operators/Production Operatives to join our client based in Pontypool. Our client is the leading choice for cold-formed steel products used within the construction industry.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Set up machines to start a production cycle
  • Control and adjust machine settings
  • Feed raw material or parts to semiautomated machines
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
  • Test operation of machines periodically
  • Check output to spot any machinerelated mistakes or flaws
  • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
  • Wrapping finished products
  • Practice good housekeeping to maintain the quality of materials and a safe working environment
Ensure that the Health & Safety requirements of the Company are always met.


Shifts:
Working AM/PM Shifts

AM: 6am to 2pm

PM: 2pm to 10pm


Rate of Pay:

- £ £ depending on experience


Skills & Knowledge Required:


  • Proven experience as a machine operator
  • Understanding of production procedures
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Ability to read blueprints and manuals
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork and communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£11.66-£14.89 per hour
