This role is based in an Acquired Brain injury Unit in Leicester. The home delivers care to patients with acquired brain injury, challenging behaviour and some mental health.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board members
• Manage budgets and financial resources effectively

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) is Nursing (Mental Health / Learning Disabilities)
