    Due to expansion and project growth, we are now searching for an experienced senior level Operations Manager for this exciting and pending Social Housing contract based in Birmingham.

    This critical Operations Management role will have direct responsibility for the safe and effective delivery of this c£25m Social Housing project (min 2 years). You will guide and directly manage a team of Assistant Site Managers, Site Managers, Project Managers, Trades teams and Admin support staff.

    Essential:

    • Senior Management Construction Projects experience
    • Experience of working on and managing large scale multi-storey/high-rise building projects (including; fire remedial work, EWI, roofing, windows and scaffolding experience).
    • NVQ L6 (Construction) or equivalent
    • Experience of managing multi-million-pound construction projects
    • Excellent communication and management skills

    This is a senior level position with a generous basic salary + motor expenditure allowance + benefits.
