Are you well presented, enthusiastic, able to multi task with great communication skills?

Do you have experience of offering first class customer service to a variety of different people in a professional manner?


Our client provides high end accommodation in the Liverpool area and they are now looking for their next administrator who will be the first point of call to all visitors to their busy office.

The role will include;

  • All aspects of daily administration whilst welcoming visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Answering the phone to help, advise, support and to take messages for the team.
  • Dealing with all aspects of property administration, including tenancy agreements, guarantor forms, maintenance issues and property certification
  • Responsibility for scanning, saving and sending all important documents
  • Management of the company database
Prior lettings or property experience is desirable but not essential.

£17,741.48-£19,579.94 per year
