Our client in Coventry are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will assist with a busy Property workload by ensuring all Conveyancing transactions are dealt with professionally, liaise with clients and third parties, and support the Conveyancer with their cases from instruction through to completion.

You will have Property experience from a Law Firm and have sound working knowledge of the Conveyancing process. You will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to work.
