About the Role

Our Technical Services Department has a new vacancy for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (Driver) to become part of the dynamic dedicated team This is a full time field based role to cover London and will require a full,
clean driving licence.


**About You
**You'll ideally have a background in basic plumbing and/or general maintenance skills and will need to be detail orientated, organised and approachable, with a positive attitude and the ability to use your initiative. As this role required interactionwith our clients on a day to day basis, this role will require you to be professional, highly customer-centric with excellent communication skills.


Role Responsibilities

  • Represent
    BRITA on customer sites, ensuring that expectations are met and any issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
  • Attend onsite visits to carry out surveys, deliver onsite training and install our Vivreau Dispenser Systems.
  • Complete all fault diagnosis and repairs, ensuring the necessary steps are taken to prevent issues from reoccurring and jobs are completed on the first visit where possible.
  • Complete PPM filter exchanges on customer sites as directed by the Service Delivery Planners.
  • Ensure all tools are inspected before use and used inline with the manufactures guidelines.
  • Manage all spare parts and stock usage.
  • An essential part of the role is to ensure all administration pertaining to site surveys are completed, including fleet checks, spare parts and stock usage is updated and entered into the PDA system
  • Full product training will be given.
  • A background in field site maintenance/operations and/or plumbing will be ideal
