    KM4HR are seeking to recruit and experienced HRIS Manager for their Herts based client, in this newly created role.

    Reporting in the senior HR team, we require a Payroll specialist with advanced knowledge of iTrent to lead on key projects while building operational workflows and processes.

    Daily you will actively be involved in the following areas;

    • reviewing and improving workflow processes
    • upgrades and thoroughly reviewing functionality
    • suggestion for the business
    • processes and creating manuals for all
    • management and review
    • several software integrations for all relevant & required stakeholders
    • maintain information held for all staff
    • with the preparation and delivery of payroll when required
    • internal queries relating to systems and payroll specifically
    • HR administration support
