The RoleAs a Corporate Tax Solicitor, you will collaborate with partners and associates to provide expert tax advice to clients across various practice areas.
Your responsibilities will include offering guidance on M&A transactions, private equity structuring, corporate and IP/IT structuring, funds work, financing transactions, and domestic and international tax advisory matters.
You will also play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes for the wider firm.
Requirements and Desired SkillsThe ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified solicitor or barrister with strong academics and technical ability.Previous experience in transactional UK corporate tax work is preferred, with exposure to both corporate and real estate taxation being advantageous.
