As a Quality Engineer, you'll guide projects from inception to deployment, ensuring they meet statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements throughout their lifecycle. Collaborating closely with clients across National Security, Defence, and Industry 4.0, you'll tackle complex challenges head-on.

    Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive approach to quality assurance:

    • Quality Planning: Craft and execute quality plans tailored to each project, emphasizing customer requirements and effective processes.
    • Audits and Inspections: Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance with standards and regulations.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track key quality metrics and prepare reports to inform stakeholders.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with software developers, project managers, and external vendors to uphold quality standards.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance quality assurance processes and tools, integrating best practices and lean methodologies.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential quality risks to ensure project success.
    • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory mandates, maintaining essential documentation.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum 3 years in project quality engineering, with a focus on software development (preferably in Defence, National Security, or regulated sectors).
    • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in quality assurance methodologies and tools, with knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data effectively to drive informed decisions.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving quality issues.
    • Certifications: Beneficial certifications include CSQE, CQIA, or Agile certifications.
