NEW HOMES SALES ADVISOR - AYLESBURY

An exciting opportunity to join a multi award-winning, premium new homes developer on a brand new housing development as New Homes Sales Advisor near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Role Purpose

You will provide an outstanding customer experience to customers looking to purchase a brand new home, assisting them with their home purchase from reservation through to completion and beyond.

The Role
You will be responsible for sales activities on a new homes development, reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will effectively respond to enquiries, book and complete viewing appointments, and assist customers in selecting their brand new home that meets their requirements.

Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

You will be an experienced Sales Advisor/Negotiator/Consultant within the new homes industry
You'll have experience selling new residential developments, ideally offplan
Understand the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion and beyond
Experienced in maintaining excellent sales area and showhome presentation at all times
Have in depth new homes knowledge
Experience using CRM systems (ideally Contact Builder) to record information

Your Personal Qualities:

Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
Professional, personable approach
Highly organised, excellent attention to detail
Passion for new homes and the housebuilding industry
Strong team player, with the ability to also work autonomously

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 basic DOE plus commission £40,000 - £50,000 OTE.

Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Contract:
Full time, Thursday to Monday, permanent position.
