Description
We are looking for an experience Press-shop Manager to oversee the workflow at our facilities in Wolverhampton.You will need to be responsible for resolving issues and serving as a link between your team and the senior management team.
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to your team-members.
Receive complaints and resolve problems.Pass on information from senior management to employees and vice versa
Prepare and submit performance reports and delivery KPIs and the morning review.
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
Enforce all H&S policies and procedures.
Familiarity with company policies, procedures and legal guidelines relating to the press industry.
Good knowledge of MS Office
Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field would be an advantage.
