    Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
    Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
    Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
    Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role preferred
    Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
    25, ,000 per annum + margin bonus up to 2,000

    Annual Leave:

    22 days per year, with 3 days to be taken at Christmas and increasing by 1 day for every 5 years of service
    Flexible working arrangement, with the possibility of working from home on Mondays and Fridays after a qualifying period
