The role of the Skills and Development Coach has a primary focus of supporting a caseload of apprentices in order to ensure they are on track throughout the programme and complete on time.

Guide learner development through their programme using our bespoke e-portfolio system, including giving feedback on portfolio submissions (non-technical).
