Key Account Manager - Automotive Aftermarket


This is a brilliant role for an experienced and highly motivated
Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager /
Area Sales Manager /
Field Sales Executive /
Field Sales Representativethat ideally has experience selling into the
specialist parts and
componentsector of the
Automotive Aftermarket.


Our client is a global manufacturer and has an outstanding reputation in the industry.


As a
Key Account Manager (KAM) joining the team you will undertake your role with the confidence that the portfolio of parts and components you are selling are of a very well recognised and one of the preferred brands.


If successful and you join this Company as a
Key Account Manager you will be offered a warm welcome and given all the support needed to be successful in your role.


Salary - Up to £45,000 basic, plus vehicle (PHEV or EV), bonus (Up to 20% of basic salary), pension, private medical insurance, Life Assurance, 25 days Hols (plus BH taking it to 32 days total)

UK Based - Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle Upon Tyne, York, Leeds, Liverpool, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Cardiff, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow


Role / Person:


  • Experienced
    Key Account Manager /
    Business Development Manager /
    Field Sales Executive ideally with
    Automotive Aftermarket / Automotive Equipment / Component / Parts or Technical Product Salesexperience
  • Have a proactive and reactive selling style
  • Have experience selling into Distributors / B2B customers
  • Be able to plan and execute you own diary and sales activity
  • Be able to build and develop relationships with major accounts / customers
  • Be able to contact and build relationships with potential new customers
  • Liaise with other sales teams / departments to pass on / receive potential sales leads
  • Promote other areas of the business as opportunities arise
  • Have a good knowledge of vehicle parts and components
  • Be able to present and demonstrate products as and when required
