WHAT IS THE ROLE?

Seaway7 is looking for a
Quality Advisor on a full time, staff basis, situated within our
Westhill office.


The
Quality Advisor is responsible for all project quality activities within the assigned work packages, ensuring that all aspects of the work are compliant with Project Contractual requirements, Seaway7 BMS, as well as Regulatory and Legal requirements.


WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INVOLVE?

  • Supports Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) quality management approach within the assigned work packages
  • Manages quality assurance in relation to supplier evaluation, management and delivery
  • Quality Control Co-Ordination across all project work packages including QC budget tracking, resource forecasting and QC performance management
  • Supports Lessons Learned and Knowledge Management within the Project team
  • Supports delivery of the Audit programme within the assigned Project work package(s)
  • Proactive engagement, recording and sharing of Lessons Learned throughout the project lifecycle

WHAT EXPERIENCE DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE?

  • Experienced Quality Professional ideally within Projects and Operations
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of

Quality Standards:
ISO 9000 Series, ISO 10005, BE EN 10200- EPCI projects background and extensive knowledge and understanding of the Quality discipline within the Renewables / Oil and Gas Sector

  • Working knowledge in Contractual Mechanisms, Legislation and Standards as relevant to the UK Renewables / Oil and Gas Industry
  • Good organisational, communication, IT literacy and report writing skills
  • Capable of presentation and discussion at Senior Management Level
  • Qualified and experienced Lead Auditor (Desirable)
  • Proven Incident Investigation experience
  • Proven problemsolving skills, with a practical and systematic working approach
