- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract and select high-quality candidates.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking events, and partnerships, to attract talent pools.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure the selection of the best-fit candidates for our client.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop customised recruitment solutions, ensuring a deep understanding of their organisational culture and requirements.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Managing the end to end recruitment cycle from the first point of contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up.
- Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and utilising various social media and recruitment tools.
- Attending industry related events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Ensure all recruitment and placement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidates and client interactions.
- Experience of working with clients within the Renewables, O&G, Alternative Energy or Heavy Engineering industries.
- Experience of recruiting for technical positions at all levels.
- International Permanent & Contract recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and other relevant recruitment tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
