    About Us:

    Bureau Technical Services are a world-class provider of Technical Manpower, QA/QC and Statutory Inspection, and Project Management services to global industry.

    Due to recent client wins across the energy sectors we are now seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to support in the delivery of key projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, specialising in attracting and retaining top-tier contractors and permanent candidates with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Candidate Acquisition

    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract and select high-quality candidates.
    • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking events, and partnerships, to attract talent pools.
    • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure the selection of the best-fit candidates for our client.

    2. Client Development

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to develop customised recruitment solutions, ensuring a deep understanding of their organisational culture and requirements.
    • Proactively address client concerns, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

    3. Process Management

    • Managing the end to end recruitment cycle from the first point of contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up.

    4. Research & Market Intelligence

    • Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and utilising various social media and recruitment tools.
    • Attending industry related events, conferences, and exhibitions

    5. Compliance:

    • Ensure all recruitment and placement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidates and client interactions.

    Experience:

    • Experience of working with clients within the Renewables, O&G, Alternative Energy or Heavy Engineering industries.
    • Experience of recruiting for technical positions at all levels.
    • International Permanent & Contract recruitment experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and other relevant recruitment tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
