Do you know what good looks like, in terms of leadership, people management and engineering/maintenance strategy?Proven track record of Engineering leadership in a fast paced manufacturing environment, ideally Food or FMCG manufacturing.

Ideally used to managing an Engineering department of more than 30 people.
Strong leadership style, able to drive change and engage the team to deliver the Engineering strategy.

Proven experience of delivering improved equipment/asset reliability, using various maintenance techniques, including CBM.Formally qualified in EngineeringIOSH and Food Safety qualifications preferably.

The Role:

This role reports into the Factory Manager/Site Lead and is responsible for the Engineering department of this large Food manufacturing site.

Lead the Engineering team to continuously improve plant reliability.
Implement and embed Engineering Best Practice, working in conjunction with the Group.
