- Own the communications content calendar.
- Plan, create, schedule and deliver regular communications content and events for internal stakeholders.
- Deliver clear communication around HR programmes, health and wellbeing, EVP and Inclusion and Diversity.
- Showcase sustainability strategy and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Act as brand guardian – own templates, image library and other materials.
- Partner with HR and Sites to manage content for key internal communication.
- Lead on regional town halls and deliver newsletters.
- Create slide decks linked to the Managing Director's programme of work.
- Internal communications experience (FMCG).
- Versatile copywriting skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Creativity and imagination.
- A self-starter with good organisational skills and time management.
- Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with employee communications technology e.g. Poppulo, Workplace would be an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with an interest to learn more.
