    Hawkwood are currently working with one of the most exciting Generative AI scale-ups who are looking to hire a Senior People Partner

    With 350+ employees globally, the business has recently closed their Series-C funding round and have some super exciting growth plans

    We're looking for someone who has a bias for action, driven by output and impact, and passionate about working within a super high performing environment You will be responsible for partnering with their Research and Development teams on all things succession planning, performance management, EVP, career pathways, etc. .

    The role:

    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR management, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
    • Lead and support HR initiatives, such as succession planning, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion programs.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
    • You'll instinctively understand the need to use data, metrics and internal/external trends to provide leaders with insights to inform business decisions, organisational structure and targeted initiatives.

    About you:

    • Previous experience working as a Senior People Partner within a high-growth business
    • An ability to bring focus where there is ambiguity and operate within an autonomous environment.
    • You are someone who has a bias for action and can operate with high-urgency
    • Experience partnering with R&D, Tech and/or Product teams.
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • You understand the importance of data driven people decisions
    • Solution orientated
