Printer Installation - Field Installation Engineer - 1st Line SupportLocation - LondonOverviewWe are seeking a skilled Printer Installation Technician.

The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently install and configure printers, including Multi-Function Printers (MFP), desktop printers, and Fiery servers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in printer hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Position RequirementsInstall and configure desktop printers, MFPs, and Fiery servers according to manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to printer hardware, software, or connectivity during installation.
Conduct thorough testing of installed printers to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Provide basic onsite training to end-users on printer operation and maintenance.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records of all installations, including configurations, serial numbers.
