Job description:
DVS Operational Support Team - Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Officer within the DVS Operational Support Team (OST). This role is fast paced and underpins the delivery of our casework to Government Clients. This is an excellent opportunity to get a sound grounding in administration while working in a friendly supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create case files within a digital filing system and accurately compile case documents.
- Audit and close cases in line with written processes.
- Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets.
- Support internal and external customers and clients to access our services.
- Send and receive written and verbal communication.
- Work as part of a team to meet changing targets and priorities.
- Support managers to improve work processes.

- Customer focused and have strong customer service skills.
- Flexible and eager to learn.
- Able to work within a team and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

The VOA also operates Hybrid Working - your role will be a combination of office and home working.
