    Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)


    Hourly Rate:

    • Day Shifts
    • Night Shifts 20
    Day or Night Shifts

    Hours Per week: 36-48

    Shift Times: 8:00-8:00

    Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) role:
    You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

    Active PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN

    Clear DBS.


    About the Nursing Home:


    Our client has recently refurbished this Nursing Home and will be opening in the coming week, the Home will be providing care to adults with complex mental health conditions and physical needs.

    They are now looking for strong nurses to build up the nursing team of the new home and to work as part of a team as well as supporting the management team

    The ideal candidate will be RMN or RNLD qualified but will consider RGNs with mental health experience

    The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) within the Nursing Home involves:

    Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.

    Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission.

    Creating individualised care plans for residents.

    Updating care plans daily.

    Safely administering and recording of medication.

    Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.

    Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.

    Ensuring effective rotas are in place.


    Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individuals needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.
