A leading manufacturer are looking to welcome an experienced machinist to their rapidly expanding family. The company are reaching new strengths as they are at the forefront of their specialism.


Key responsibilities:


  • Use hand tools and manual machines to remove material when balancing impellers.
  • Utilise the dynamic balancing machine.
  • Perform balance check for external witness inspectors.
  • Shotblast components prior to painting.
  • Communicate with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve problems encountered.
  • Carry out all work practices in line with the Company Health and Safety Policy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Practical experience as machinist
  • Recognised machining apprenticeship is desirable.
  • Ability to run basic CNC machines.
  • Competitive salary £2530K per annum
