I am seeking a nursing Home Manager to manage a medium sized Nursing Home; a Nurse qualification is essential.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:

  • Overall running of the care home
  • Growing a challenging behavior Department
  • Managing budgets
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinary
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to

Nursing Care Home Manager Requirements:


  • Experience leading a Nursing Home Manager for at least 3 years
  • Nursing qualification.
  • Experience working with the Elderly
  • Experience in a turnaround of CQC
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
