An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well established and busy independent office in Central Birmingham.

Our client is a reputable brand who is extremely passionate about what they do and are looking for a like minded individual with experience in lettings.

The position will involve:

Administration
Canvassing
Viewing Generation
Market Appraisal Generation
Attending Viewings and Valuations
Landlord Care
Viewing Feedback

Previous lettings experience is a MUST
Full UK driving license
Self motivated and capable of working towards a target
Well presented
Knowledge of Lettings Legislation would be desirable but not essential

You will be highly motivated and driven and will enjoy being part of a successful and well established firm.
