This is a great opportunity to join a hugely successful global manufacturer in High Wycombe. The Data Executive will work across various CRM systems to support the product data output for all marketing collateral.

As a Data Executive, you will manage all product specifications, ensuring product data is complete across EMEA.

A passion for all things data is a must, along with attention to detail and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

The role would suit someone looking to grow their experience in digital marketing.

Salary £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, plus up to 10% annual performance related bonus.

After training this role offers hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.


Duties:


  • Responsible for creating and maintaining products, product features, pricing information and the associated classifications within the data structure.
  • To monitor the quality of the product information and track down missing information.
  • To plan and manage the translations. This includes exporting translation files, and verifying other translations with international colleagues before importing them into the system.
  • To provide support in the processing of additional content (such as manuals) and ensure the correct linking and maintenance of product content such as images, logos and videos.
  • Responsible for proactively collecting the correct product information from different sources and importing this information.
  • Responsible for the output of data and assets.
  • To be a central role and be the first point of contact for questions from dealers, colleagues and partners about product data and the system.

Skills and experience:

  • Professional experience working in a data role and of using a product information system within a marketing department.
  • Basic understanding of GDPR is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/ CRM system preferable but not essential.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
