We are looking for a knowledgeable Qualified Solicitor or Charted Legal Executive to join Talbots as Senior Trust and Estates Lawyer.
As a Senior Trust and Estates Lawyer will be expected to undertake a full range of wills, trusts and estates work on behalf of private clients whilst being involved with business development activities.

To manage and assist on a varied caseload advising clients on a full range of associated matters across the Trust and Estates portfolio.
Drafting, reviewing, amending and issuing a range of legal documents, including wills, power of attorney, trusts and settlements.To be either Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant working experience within a Trust & Estates Department;
Extensive knowledge in inheritance tax, trust and estates taxation, including establishing, administrating and terminating trusts and settlements.
Excellent administrative, planning, organisation and time management as well as being proficient in a variety of IT software, including all MS Office applications.
