We're looking for a proactive and confident
Social Media Specialist, who is keen to join a newly established Digital Marketing team, and to make their mark.

Someone who is
seeking an opportunity to deepen their social media management skills, as well as
work on projects that span industries, countries, and the world.



Day to Day Responsibilities of the Social Media Specialist;

  • Responsible for the global corporate social media channels

Primary channels are currently:

LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, with TikTok in development, and we want you to investigate opportunities for more channels for the future.


  • Run paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, such as sponsored updated, message ads, and boosted posts.
  • Refine and oversee the global social media strategy, in line with business objectives.
  • This a proactive content strategy and development role, so you'll need an eye for finding, creating and amplifying high quality stories and imagery. By using your social media expertise, you'll be a part of building and growing existing and new channels.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team, including Content, Campaigns, Internal Communications, Events and Communications.
  • Build joined up social campaigns. Create and oversee a rolling social content calendar, collaborating with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to tell stories through engaging content such as video, infographics, thought leadership articles, webinars,events etc.
  • Work with HR and Talent teams to promote talent attraction initiatives. Partner with CSR team to showcase our activities.
  • Share content across to, and amplify use of our employee advocacy platform (Bambu)
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in Marketing, HR, Technology, Sales, Research.
  • Set, measure, track and report on social activity effectiveness: Track performance in Google Analytics, social media management platform (Sprout Social), leads and revenue generated via social in Salesforce CRM.
  • Continuous improvement: Stay on top of social media trends, identifying and sharing updates and tools to benefit the wider marketing team.
  • Deliver social media best practice to wider business. Support our employees' brandbuilding activities with education, guidance, training materials and howto workshops.
  • A proven track record of running and managing social media channels, and delivering on related objectives.
  • Have worked in a Digital or Marketing function.
  • Goal orientated and selfmotivated to succeed.
  • Experience working in a matrix / collaborative, crossteam capacity. This role requires you to work across many functions and departments.
  • Have 24 years (or more) experience within social media marketing, client or agencyside. B2B is preferred, but we definitely do value B2C expertise.
  • Can show tangible results, linking strategic goals with business objectives.
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing several projects at once.

Technical expertise and experience with:


  • Knowledge of social platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. Experience of leveraging platforms such as TikTok for B2B audiences a bonus.
  • Social media management platforms such as: Hootsuite, Sprout or Falcon.
  • Delivering indepth analysis and performance reporting to Marketing leadership
  • Content / copywriting expertise: Short form or long form content.
  • Google Suite incl: Google Analytics. Search Console, Tag Manager.

Nice-to-haves:


  • CRMs such as Salesforce, Dynamics, SugarCRM
  • Experience of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua
  • SEO/SEM tools: E.g. Moz, SEMRush
  • Project management software (Trello, Asana, Basecamp etc)
  • Creative experience with Adobe suite or Canva
  • Employee advocacy platforms such as Bambu or Oktopost

varied and dynamic and it needs someone who is highly organised and motivated.

We need someone who understands that the online customer journey requires different content and approaches, and that demand generation is always awork in progress.

**This is a role where you will grow personally and professionally, and you'll be supported along the way by your team and by the Global Head of Digital Marketing.
