We are looking for somebody who enjoys being at the helm of HR, competent in employment law and is passionate about all things people to work for a thriving video game developer who continue to bring some of the greatest games to the screen.
Daily Responsibilities
You will have hands-on operational responsibility within a business that continues to grow rapidly. Contribute at a strategic and operational level to identify people priorities and recommend appropriate solutions. While supporting the People Agenda and its delivery.
- You will be involved across a broad range of projects and programmes including talent management & development, succession planning & performance, policy, performance management, people success, reward programs, process improvements, leadership development and coaching.
- You will develop and deliver people management strategies that support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the company, measuring success and adapting as necessary.
- You will also lead on ER processes through transparent practices and relevant law while acting as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and line managers.
- You will also ensure collaboration between HR and HR Specialist teams such as Recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion, and People Analytics.
- Support the Diversity & Inclusion Manager to actively drive D&I initiatives and consider diversity and inclusion policies across all HR practices
- Manage and maintain compliance with all employment law regulations and practices.
- Lead and own the endtoend resolution of complex employee relations issues, including settlement agreements.
- Be a handson People Partner, with a focus on leadership, supporting, coaching and guiding
- Substantial experience in HR, including experience in a leadership role
- Experience from Games, Entertainment, Digital or Technology companies is essential
- Level 7 CIPD qualified (would also consider Level 5)
- Proactive in driving the People Agenda forward with positive strategic thinking.
- Full knowledge and understanding of employment law.
- Experience of thriving in a fastpaced environment, with the ability to work with ambiguity, and a strong understanding of drivers surrounding people's decisions and business priorities.
- Salary £70,000 £120,000 depending on experience
