An Exciting New Opportunity for Field Care Supervisor is Available
Best Choice Care who pride themselves on being able to offer care packages to meet individual needs, requires a dedicated individual for a Field Care Supervisor to join their expanding team.
As a Field Care Supervisor you will be responsible for looking after a group of Services Users and Care Workers, within the local community.
This will include carrying out risk assessments, monitoring and reviewing care plans, supervising Care Workers and ensuring all service users care visits are allocated and running to the high standards expected by Best Choice Care.
This is a Full time position.Requirements:
You will have previous experience in providing care within a Home care or Care environment.
Trained in NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, and/or a relevant qualification or be working towards the qualification.
Have strong communication and leadership skills and be able to lead by example.
You will be travelling to service user's homes and will therefore be required to have a full driving licence and a car.

Salary:
£11.00-£14.50 per hour
