- Support on any queries related to vendors (billing, payment terms...)
- Manage incoming email/requests via shared mailbox
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Validate set-up of new suppliers in partnership with Master Data Governance Team
- Process invoices in line with SLAs
- Prepare monthly KPI reporting for management
- Interact with vendors and the business when required
- Coordinate with group procurement team and business on purchase requisition/purchase order treatment
- Support on any queries related to internal and external audit
- Support self-billing process when applicable
- Support payment activities & T&E processing when required
- Experience working in a finance environment
- Proactive attitude with team oriented, collaborative working style
- Good Excel working knowledge
- Ability to manage and organise varied workload and deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative and be adaptable
- Able to take ownership of tasks
- Experience working within an Accounts Payable team
- S/4 Hana experience

Description
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team in Peterborough.
In this newly created role, your primary responsibilities include addressing inquiries related to vendors and invoicing. You will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing vendors and stakeholders within the business.
Your collaboration extends to liaising with the Master Data Governance Team, providing assistance as needed to ensure the accurate and compliant setup of vendors under S/4 Hana. Additionally, you will take charge of processing vendor/freelancer invoices and associated tasks, ensuring their efficient management in accordance with Group Policies.
