Client Acquisition Lead (London HQ)

As a Client Acquisition Lead, you will be focused on achieving our ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for acquiring and developing the commercial relationship with manufacturers of leading consumer brands across EMEA.

You will be expected to get to grips with our industry, so that you can understand our clients' challenges and successfully gain new clients while driving year-on-year client spend.

You will develop multi-level relationships across our industry, successfully navigating the complex decision-making process.


We will collaborate across teams to help you achieve your goals and provide you with world-class sales training, ongoing coaching, and product training to enable you to fulfil your potential.

You will be:

  • Responsible for your targeting strategy, forecasting (including quarterly / yearly plans) and realising our client acquisition targets, selling a mix of Software and Consulting solutions.
  • Working with our BD team to initiate meaningful conversations to understand how we can solve our clients' challenges.
  • Demonstrating business benefits and compelling reasons for buyers to engage with us and consider our solutions to support their outcomes.
  • Creating and delivering highquality presentations to buyers across varying seniority levels and multiple functions.
  • Responsible for being the internal voice of our clients and championing their perspectives to help mobilise internal resources.
  • Reporting on sales activities, deal updates and buyer interactions by keeping our CRM system up to date.
  • Contributing to the growth of the whole sales team by sharing your experience and providing support to your colleagues to help with their deals. Working closely with Marketing to provide insights from your buyer engagements to help inform their marketing activities.

You will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Demonstrated ability of influencing senior leaders and stakeholders across varying functions.
  • The ability to deal with objections and buyer complexity with a measured and strategic mindset.
  • A growth mindset with a solutionoriented attitude.
  • The ability to collaborate across teams and team success mindset.
  • A demonstrable track record of selling complex, highvalue solutions to large, complex businesses.
  • Experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of target achievement through new business. Strong financial and business acumen.
