Job Summary

Key responsibilities:


  • To support in the development and delivery of the national marketing plan to improve brand awareness amongst our key clients, landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers
  • To support in the development of marketing tools to enable our franchisees to make the most of their franchise brand in their own local marketing
  • To maintain and develop our key social media accounts
  • To play a key role in content creation and upkeep of the brand website
  • To provide marketing advice and support to our franchisees
  • To support with organising key events
  • Ensure that the current branding, values and tone of voice are maintained in all communications

Qualities/experience required:


  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good, creative writing style
  • Selfmotivated
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficient with using social media
  • Confident manner
  • Marketing experience desirable
  • Ability to use the Adobe Suite, especially InDesign
  • Flexible nature and willing to take on new tasks

Essential Characteristics

Creative - Must to be able to identify and create on brand marketing materials


Organised - This role requires an organised individual to be able to complete various tasks to the appropriate standard

Primarily an office based role at Belvoir Property Management (UK) Ltd, The Old Courthouse, 60a London Road, Grantham.


Hours of work:

09:00 until 17:30 Monday to Thursday

09:00 until 17:00 Friday


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Grantham NG31 6HR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
