    Venquis is a pan European staffing solutions business who's purpose is to provide the people and service that enable clients to evolve & automate their technology, data and processes effectively.

    We are seeking a passionate, organised and results-driven Sales Leader to build & lead a new team at Venquis. The purpose of the team is to build out our contract/freelancer book across Europe.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a love of sales and a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.

    5 years of experience in sales leadership roles


    • Outbound sales expertise & experience building pipeline
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, inspire and motivate a sales team
    • Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards and hitting targets
    Contribute to hire & build a successful contract team


    • Responsible for the continuous training & development of the team hand in hand with CRO.
    Performance


    • Responsible for performance of the team
    • Participate in the sales effort by jumping in calls & hunting activities with the team (hands on).
    • Build, implement & monitor tactical plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to hit activity or performance target

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Own strategic projects in go-to-market, sales enablement & hiring topics to contribute to the UK & European sales teams' growth
    • Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client accounts to maximize revenue potential.
