    Key Responsibilities:

    As Head of Operations Longevity & Annuity Services, you will lead the management and coordination of all operational aspects. Working closely with the broader management team, you'll oversee Administration teams on a day-to-day basis, driving tasks and decision-making processes. Your role involves identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and well-structured environment, and providing ongoing development for your team while addressing training needs for personal growth.

    Skills & Experience Required:

    To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:


    • Comprehensive knowledge of UK Wealth, Life, and Pensions products, particularly in Retirement options. Expertise in Annuities is highly advantageous.


    • Proven track record in managing back-office operations.


    • Strong experience in team management.


    • Self-starting, proactive, and intrinsically motivated.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
