Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a well-established law firm.
Our client is long-standing law firm based in the South West. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Private Client team in Axminster, Devon.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with a team of experienced legal advisors specialising in Wills, Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration. Duties will include:Drafting legal documents for review by legal advisors relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration.Preparing HMRC inheritance tax forms and schedules.Handling and assisting with Probate and Estate Administration tasks including contacting clients.Raising bills on behalf of qualified fee earners.Building strong relationships and communicating with clients and third parties.
To be considered, you must have some legal experience (preferably within a private client team). They are happy to consider candidates with differing levels of experience as they also have a more senior Private Client Legal Advisor post. They are also open to hearing from law graduates as full training will be given.
