As part of our growth we are seeking a Electrical Supervisor to help us meet our challenging business targets.**

The Electrical Supervisor will:
- Manage a team of Electrical Engineers for PPM and reactive tasks
- Work with the helpdesk to schedule PPM and reactive tasks
- Take responsibility for subcontractors to deliver PPM and reactive tasks
- Manage extra works and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
- Take responsibility for the issuing of permits to work
- Attend regular Client update meetings
- Attend progress meetings and developing progress report for GRAHAM senior management
- Work with the site QS team to assist with quotations for extra works
- Manage H&S on site including inductions of GRAHAM staff and Subcontractors
- Liaise with the end users to make sure they are kept up to date with work progress
- Ensure all works are completed to a high quality and comply with current regulations
- Collate material orders and issue to Service Desk for ordering
- Report to senior management
- Take part in an out of hours escalation rota

About You:
Essential Criteria
- Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) / Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- Formal Qualification NVQ Level 3 electrician or equivalent
- City and Guilds 2394/ Level 3 qualification
- Normal eyesight colour vision
- Highly experienced in Electrical installation works for commercial and industrial installations
- Current 17th IET Wiring Regulations
- Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a similar role working within a trade or construction background
- Demonstrate previous relevant management experience
- Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Full UK drivers licence
- Proven Leadership and people management skills
- Ability to successfully complete security clearance (Non-Police Personnel Vetting and Access NI)
Desirable Criteria
- High Voltage awareness training
- Manual Handling training
- COSHH training
- Confined space training
- IPAF card holder
