Pensions Project Specialist


Location:
Warwick


Duration: 9 Months


The Role:
Holding progress/update meetings with key stakeholders working within the project.

  • Holding progress/update meetings with key stakeholders working within the project.
  • Updating plans, action trackers, updates and milestones to stakeholders. Capturing conflicts and risks in trackers.
  • Responsible for good governance.
  • Support the pensions delivery manager to identify blockers and potential situations before they escalate.
  • Support the head of Pensions with cooperation transition and all project reporting.
  • Some administrative support (Scheduling)

Responsibilities:


  • Pensions Knowledge specially around defined benefit schemes
  • Project management and governance know how
  • Excel skills to utilise the project plan and associated tools
  • Attention to details to follow through all aspects of the actions
  • Excellent communication skills

Requirements:


  • Pensions schemes (trust knowledge) or has worked on HR, Benefits and Reward projects
  • Excel Skills
  • Project governance Know how
