Your Purpose

  • As an experienced team, dedicated to bestinclass innovation in Talent Acquisition, we're looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us. You'll have a truly diverse role that will see you sourcing great talent across the territory for supply chain, commercial and enabling functions.
  • You will partner the Western European supply chain team to hire the best talent in the industry that can help the business thrive today and can also meet succession needs and future capability requirements. You'll also support internal mobility and understand the internal talent population, ensuring that they are factored in as a priority when key opportunities arise.
  • You will define the Talent Acquisition strategy for your area and work closely with HR partners to execute the strategy. This will include hiring at all levels and ensuring that robust resource plans are in place. In addition, you'll act as a true partner to the business, offering external insights, competitor information and knowledge of key talent.
  • We are passionate about and on an evolving journey in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and in this role, you will take a lead in ensuring that our talent acquisition practices create a more diverse pipeline of talent.
    About You
  • Your background in talent acquisition will give you the credibility needed to build relationships with all your stakeholders, and you can comfortably operate at a senior level, advising on talent trends and market insight where appropriate.
  • You have significant experience as an internal Talent Acquisition professional and have sourced talent at all levels, including up to director level appointments, ideally in the consumer goods or manufacturing space.
  • We are looking for the best talent in the industry, so you'll need to be able to proactively source talent through effective networking, digital sourcing and appropriate content marketing.
  • You'll need to be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability to produce engaging content when advertising roles and supporting our employer brand in the public domain.
