Our client, a Legal 500 rated firm, are currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their highly regarded and successful team.

his is a great opportunity to join one of the largest legal practices in the Southwest, with offices based across a number of locations in Devon.

Due to the growth within the team the firm are open to considering applications from candidates on either a full or part time basis.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, first registrations, shared ownership, re-mortgages, buy-to-lets, and help-to-buy transactions.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property lawyer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.

Should the successful candidate have a strong interest in agricultural work, there would also be an opportunity to undertake some rural property and commercial work, including sales, purchases, refinancing, dealing with transfers for development, succession transfers and agricultural tenancies.
