Owned and managed by Splendid Hospitality Group, this hotel is a convenient, comfortable and affordable place to stay in the lively Kings Cross St.
Comfort Inn Kings Cross St Pancras London is situated within a short walk from both the Eurostar and National Rail terminals at St.
Pancras Kings Cross and St Pancras International stations.
Comfort Inn Kings Cross St Pancras is very close to all of London's major attractions and is perfect for family visits and long weekends to the capital.
Nearby attractions include The British Museum, The British Library, Oxford Street, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace.
Granary Square, with its selection of bars, cafes and restaurants is not to be missed.
We are looking for a Guest Services Assistant to provide support for the departmental operations and act as a point of contact for all the residents.
You will be an approachable and friendly people person with the willingness to support and maintain a close relationship with residents throughout their stay.
This role is a multi-tasking role, and you will be required to be adaptable to ensure that the needs of the residents are always met.
Our hotel is currently operating under a government exclusive use contract, and we are providing our great facilities to residents on a long-term stay basis.
Due to this exclusive contract the hotel is closed to the public and is operating under a different model to your usual hotel operation.

Role in our Family:
As a Resident Services Assistant, the key to your role is:
- To operate the premises (24hr)
- Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene practises followed
- To maintain the reception, public areas, stores, back office and outside areas in a clean and tidy condition.
- Deal with any resident queries in a polite and friendly manner
- All complaints, comments, and special requests are to be recorded in the daily handover log.
