We are partnering with a highly innovative business within the packaging world based in Northampton; born out of a clear ethos to drive sustainable packaging today to protect all of our tomorrows.

Working with a diverse and fast-growing client base, they are going from strength to strength so are looking for 2 strong customer focussed sales administrators to join them on their journey.


Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is a full and varied role where you'll be empowered to manage the end-to-end sales administration process to ensure a smooth, effective and exceptional customer experience for all customers, in order to build and retain a strong and repeat client base.


What you'll be doing:


  • Producing quotes, raising sales orders and issuing credit notes.
  • Updating the CRM system, ensuring system records are created for new business and updated following all client contacts.
  • Responding to enquiries from customers and suppliers in a proactive and warm way.
  • Proactively improving the way they do things to drive efficiency, quality and service.

  • Attention to detail accuracy of data and documentation is a must
  • Experience of using CRM software.
  • Professional and with an ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Experience within the packaging industry could be an advantage.

They offer a competitive base salary up to £27k (depending on experience) plus an impressive annual bonus.

The role is office-based but there will be flexibility for some home working once fully established in role.
