The Role and Requirements
Due to expansion we are looking for a forward thinking, dynamic leader to join our immigration team. We are looking for an Immigration Solicitor with the following experience:
At least 1 year of PQE in immigration in the following fields:
1. Innovator Founder visa
2. Start-Up Visa
3. Global Talent Visa
4. Graduate Visa
5. Sponsor Licence Application and Skilled Worker Visa
6. Family and Human Rights applications
7. Applications under EUSS
8. Drafting representation letters and witness statements while working on complex cases
