Change and Release Manager
Our client based in Manchester is currently looking for a Change and Release Manager.

The Change and Release Manager will lead the Change Advisory Board, ensuring adequate risk assessment and scheduling of technical changes and releases.

You will feedinto the Configuration Management Database and process, manage change activity, and have accountability for the Software Release Calendar.

Experience and Skills:

  • Management of teams workloads and priorities where appropriate
  • Working and communicating effectively within the team.
  • Capturing and formally documenting workflows
  • Identifying trends and patterns and being able to escalate issues without being prompted.
  • Ability to develop new skills to aid the progress of new platforms and systems
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD tooling (eg TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy)
  • Handson experience with Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, etc.)
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor coach, and team building.
  • A passion for technology, automation, and continuous innovation.
